These terms apply to every booking, plan and claim with Revline Auto Care.
Prices
Prices shown for your selected car include labour, listed parts and GST. Additional work is proposed on your job card with a price and is carried out only after you approve it.
Pick-up and drop
Free in zone A within 8 km of a workshop; a flat fee of ₹249 applies elsewhere, shown before you book. Please hand over the key and RC to the driver, who records the odometer and fuel level on the job card.
Cancellations
Cancel free of charge until the driver is dispatched. Online payments for cancelled bookings are refunded to the original method within 5–7 working days.
Warranty
Parts carry the warranty printed on each service. Labour is guaranteed for 30 days or 1,000 km, whichever comes first.
Service plans
Plans cover one registered car, start when payment is confirmed and run for the billing period chosen. Unused visits do not carry over.
Towing
Towing fees are fixed before dispatch: ₹1,499 plus ₹35 per km to the workshop. Waiting time beyond 30 minutes at the site may be charged.
