Plain-English notes on the data a car service needs.
What we collect
Your name, phone, email, pick-up address and car details (make, model, fuel, year, registration number and odometer) when you book, file a claim or join a plan. Photos taken of your car on the lift are stored with your job card.
Why
To collect and return the car, price the work for your exact model, keep the job card and invoice, process insurance claims with your insurer, and remind you when the next service is due.
Who sees it
Our mechanics, drivers and service advisors; your insurer for a claim; and our payment partner for online payments. We never sell data or share it for advertising.
Payments
Card and UPI details are entered on the payment partner's secure window. We never see or store them.
How long
Job cards and invoices are kept for seven years for tax and warranty. You can ask us to delete your account and cars at any time.
