Two Rolls, One Family
Crisp & Basil began in a family kitchen, cooking the Saigon dishes we grew up on for anyone who stopped by.
One of us fried the golden spring rolls, the other rolled the fresh ones with basil from the window box. Friends started calling the pair Crisp & Basil, and the name stuck.
We opened our doors by the harbour in 2011. The menu has grown since, but every plate still leaves the kitchen the way it would leave ours at home.
