How we check a school list before it ships
Every set is checked twice against the school's own list. This is what that looks like in March.
In March the back room fills with cartons, each labelled with a school and a class. Before any of them is sealed, two people check it against the school's own printed list.
The list is the source of truth
Boards publish textbooks; schools choose them. We keep each school's list on file and update it the week it arrives.
Notebooks are where sets go wrong
Four-line or single-line? 172 pages or 120? We ask, and if the list does not say, we pack the most common choice and say so on the slip.
Covers and labels
Optional, but most parents add them. Brown paper covers come as a roll; name labels come as a sheet of thirty-six.
If anything is missing, we courier it free the same week.
