Compatibility
Do I need a hub?
Wi-Fi cameras, doorbells, plugs and bulbs work without one. Zigbee sensors, the alarm siren and the scene remote need the Domio Hub. Every product page says 'Hub needed' when it does, and the planner adds the hub for you.
Will it work with Alexa, Google Home or Apple Home?
Most of the range works with Alexa and Google Home; Matter devices also work with Apple Home. The compatibility strip on each product shows exactly which. You can filter the shop by assistant.
Installation
How does installation work?
Add installation at checkout or book it from the Installation page. Pick a date and a slot; a Domio installer from your zone is assigned, and you get an email at every stage: scheduled, on the way, installing and done. One visit covers up to 6 or 12 devices.
What if all the slots are full?
Each slot takes a fixed number of homes so installers are never rushed. A full slot is greyed out; pick the next one or call your nearest experience centre.
Warranty
How do I register my warranty?
Go to Support, enter the serial number on the back of the device (it starts with DM-) and your purchase date. You get a warranty reference by email, and you can look it up any time.

What does Watch Pro 24×7 do?
When an alarm or SOS goes off, a person at our Bengaluru desk calls you within 60 seconds, then your family, society guard or the police if needed.
Devices
Do cameras record when the internet is down?
Every camera has a microSD slot and the NVR records locally. Clips upload to Watch Cloud when the connection comes back.
Orders
Can I return a device?
Yes, within 10 days of delivery if it is unused and in its box. Installed devices can be returned within 10 days if they don't work for your home; we'll uninstall them for free.
