Where they were
Tidewater roasted award-winning beans but 90% of revenue came from four cafés. Their online store ranked for nothing and lost half its carts at a seven-field checkout.
What we did
We rebuilt the store around brewing method rather than bean origin, launched a fortnightly subscription with skip-and-swap, and wrote 40 brew guides that now rank on page one for the city searches that matter.
What happened
Online revenue grew 4.2 times in a year and 2,800 people now subscribe.
Shop by how you brew
Most coffee stores sort by origin. Tidewater's customers think in French press, pour-over and filter kaapi, so the store does too.

“We went from a café brand with a website to a national coffee company with cafés.”
