Where they were
Arcline's projects were photographed beautifully and presented as a 60 MB PDF. Their old site took nine seconds to load on a phone and nobody in the office could update it.
What we did
A grid taken from their own drawings, project pages that unfold like a site visit, and a headless CMS their team updates in minutes. Images are served at the right size for every screen, and motion only runs when it helps the story.
What happened
Load time dropped from 9.1 s to 1.2 s, enquiries from the site doubled and the practice shortlisted for two international competitions it found through it.
A grid from the drawings
The site's 12-column grid is taken from Arcline's own drawing sheets. Project pages scroll like a site visit, from the approach to the details.
Model studies, grid exploration and the finished build.

“Our site finally feels like walking through one of our buildings. And we can update it ourselves.”
