(01) Challenge

Where they were

Children opened Pathshala for one week and stopped. Parents never saw progress, and teachers had no idea who was stuck.

(02) Approach

What we did

We sat in classrooms in Mysuru and Hubballi, then designed five-minute practice loops, a streak that forgives a missed day, and a weekly parent summary sent in their own language.

(03) Outcome

What happened

Week-six retention rose from 14% to 47%, and schools using the teacher view grew from 12 to 140.

(Process)

Five minutes a day

Research in classrooms showed attention dropped after six minutes. Every practice loop now ends at five, with a streak that forgives one missed day a week.

(Process)

Classroom sessions, practice loops and the parent summary.

(Client)

“Parents now message us about their child's streak. That never happened before.”
