What happens between ordering your gown and the morning of the wedding — week by week.
Twelve weeks sounds like a long time until you count the fittings.
Week 0: the measure
We take twenty-two measurements, twice, and draft your pattern.
Week 6: the first fitting
The gown is tried in its toile or first make. We pin the bodice and decide on lace placement.
Week 9: the second fitting
Hems are set to your shoes and the bustle is decided.
Week 11: the final fitting
Everything is pressed. We add the veil, take a photograph for you, and pack the gown.
