Ideally nine to twelve months before the wedding. Our bridal gowns take eight to twelve weeks to make, and we like to leave time for three unhurried fittings. If your date is sooner, ask us — we can often make it work.
Your gown is cut from a pattern drafted to your own measurements rather than a standard size. It costs nothing extra. Choose “Made to measure” on any gown and share your measurements as you order, or let us take them at your first fitting.
Yes. Every bridal gown includes three fittings in the salon. Eveningwear and bridesmaid gowns include one fitting and a hem adjustment.
Shoes of a similar height to the ones you will wear, the underwear you plan to wear on the day if you have it, and up to three guests whose opinion you trust. We provide the champagne.
Choose a bundle on the Bridal Party page, set how many bridesmaids you are dressing and add it to your bag. When the bag meets the bundle’s minimum, the saving is applied automatically at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Yes. Save gowns with the heart, open Saved Gowns and choose “Create share link”. Anyone with the link can see your list and save the gowns to their own.
Bridal gowns are collected at your final fitting or delivered hand-pressed in a cotton garment bag. Eveningwear, occasion and accessories ship insured within three to five working days.
Made-to-measure and altered gowns cannot be returned, because they are made for you alone. Unaltered eveningwear, occasion pieces and accessories can be returned within 14 days in their original condition.
