Ready pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed and with their tags in place.

Refunds go to your original payment method within 7 working days of the piece reaching our studio and passing a quality check. The ₹149 delivery fee on orders under ₹2,999 is not refunded.
Two things cannot be returned: garments made or changed to a custom stitching note, and jewellery, for hygiene reasons. Both are still covered if they arrive damaged or faulty.
If the fit is the only problem, use your free alteration instead: it is usually quicker than an exchange. If you would like a different size or piece, we will exchange it and adjust the difference in price.
