The things people ask us most before a wedding order. If yours is not here, send a message to a stylist and we will reply within one working day.
Women's pieces run XS to XXL and men's pieces use chest size in inches. The size guide on each product page lists bust, waist and hip for every size. If you are between sizes, pick the larger one: every blouse and sherwani has extra margin in the seams.
Yes. Choose the nearest size and add your measurements or changes in the custom stitching note on the product page. Simple changes such as length, sleeve and blouse fit are free. Custom-stitched pieces add 5 to 7 days and cannot be returned, though we will alter them once at no charge.
Ready-to-ship pieces leave our Jaipur studio in 2 to 5 working days and usually arrive 3 to 6 days after that. Made-to-order lehengas and sherwanis take 7 to 14 days before dispatch. Delivery is free on orders over ₹2,999 and ₹149 below that.
Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and have their tags attached. Custom-stitched pieces, jewellery and sale items marked final cannot be returned, but we will always fix a fault.
We photograph in daylight and correct for colour, but screens differ and hand-dyed cloth varies a little from batch to batch. If an exact match matters, for example to a groom's safa, write to a stylist and we will send a photo of the current batch.
Dry clean it after the wedding, then store it flat, wrapped in muslin, with the embroidery facing inwards. Do not hang a zardozi skirt: the weight stretches the waistband. Refold along different lines every few months.
