Yes. Type your message at checkout and we handwrite it on a card and tuck it into the wrap, free of charge. We never include prices with a gift. Want something more? Add one of our pressed flower greeting cards.

Flowers are seasonal, so now and then a stem in the photo is not at its best that week. We swap it for something of equal or greater value in the same colours and mood. If a bouquet is sold out, tap Notify me and we email you once when it is back.

Every fresh bouquet is made the morning it goes out and is guaranteed for 5 days. If yours fades sooner, send us a photo at hello@marigoldandmoth.example and we will replace it or refund you.

Vases, candles, cards, gifts and dried flowers can come back unused within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Fresh flowers and plants cannot be returned, but they are covered by our 5-day freshness guarantee.

Build a Gift Box by choosing a bouquet, a vase, a candle and a card together. When all four are in your bag, 10% comes off automatically. We pack them as one gift with your handwritten note.
