Grown slow.Given often.
The shop
A little studio that says yes to flowers.
Marigold & Moth began as one bucket of garden roses at a Saturday market. Today we are a small team of florists in a studio on Fernhollow Lane in Hudson, tying bouquets each morning, drying what we cannot bear to compost, and dressing weddings, shop windows and long tables across the valley.

In season
We buy what is growing now. The shop changes week by week, and that is the point.
Hand-tied
Every bouquet is built stem by stem at the bench and wrapped in kraft and twine.
Nothing wasted
Unsold stems are dried, pressed into cards and frames, or poured into candles.
How an arrangement is made
Grown. Cut. Arranged. Delivered.
Step 1Gather
Each week starts at the farms and the market: what is good, what is nearly over, what is just starting.
Step 2Arrange
At the bench we condition every stem, then tie each bouquet by hand.
Step 3Deliver
Local orders go out the same day by hand. Dried flowers and gifts are boxed and shipped nationwide.
Step 4Dry
What is left hangs from the rafters for two weeks and comes back as bundles, wreaths and pressed cards.
