Orders & delivery
Delivery is free over ₹999 and ₹79 otherwise. We dispatch within 24 hours and deliver in 2 to 6 working days across India. We accept UPI, cards and netbanking through Razorpay; cash on delivery is not available.
Returns
Unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full.

All Dewmere products are cruelty-free and dermatologist-tested. We advise a patch test before using any new product.

Orders & delivery
Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. For smaller orders we charge a flat ₹79 anywhere in India.
We dispatch every order within 24 hours. Delivery then takes 2 to 6 working days depending on your pin code, and you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS as soon as your parcel leaves us.
You can pay by UPI, credit or debit card, or netbanking. All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not offer cash on delivery.
Returns
Yes. You can return any unopened, unused item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened products, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Please write to us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at no cost to you.
Once your return reaches us and passes a quick check, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 2 working days. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to show it.
Products & ingredients
Yes. We never test on animals, at any stage, and we do not work with suppliers who do. Most of our formulas are also vegan, and each product page says so clearly.
Every formula is dermatologist-tested before launch. Skin is individual, though, so we always advise a patch test: apply a small amount behind your ear or on your inner arm and wait 24 hours before using it on your face.
Unopened products keep for 24 months from the date of manufacture, which is printed on the pack. Once opened, use within the period shown by the open-jar symbol, usually 6 to 12 months. Store away from heat and direct sunlight.
Skin & routines
Keep it to four steps: cleanse, treat, moisturise and protect. Our routine finder will suggest one product for each step based on your skin type, or you can choose a ready-made Routine Set.
Vitamin C and niacinamide layer comfortably. We suggest vitamin C in the morning and exfoliating acids or bakuchiol in the evening, on separate nights, with sunscreen every day. Introduce one new active at a time.
Many customers use our fragrance-free formulas during pregnancy and on sensitive skin, but we are not able to give medical advice. Please check the full ingredient list with your doctor or dermatologist, and patch test first.
