We want your order to reach you quickly and safely, and we want returns to be simple when something is not right.
Delivery
Delivery is free on orders over ₹999. For orders below that, we charge a flat ₹79. We deliver across India.
Every order is dispatched within 24 hours and usually arrives in 2 to 6 working days, depending on your pin code. You will receive a tracking link by email and SMS once your parcel is on its way.
Payment
We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking, all processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is not available.
Returns
You may return any unopened, unused item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept products that have been opened.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, leaking or different from what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a further 5 to 7 working days to reflect it.
