How old do I need to be?
18 or older for every tattoo and piercing, with a government photo ID shown at the desk. We do not tattoo or pierce minors, even with a parent present.
Why do you take a deposit?
A deposit holds your artist's time and pays for the drawing. It comes off your final price on the day. Deposits move with you if you reschedule at least 48 hours ahead; they are kept if you miss the appointment or cancel later than that.
How do gift vouchers work?
Vouchers are emailed with a unique code once paid. They are valid for 12 months on tattoos, piercings and the shop, and can be used across several visits.
Tattoos
How much will my tattoo cost?
Our estimator gives you a range based on size, placement, colour and style, using each artist's hourly rate. Your artist confirms the final quote after seeing your references. Minimum charges apply per artist.
When will I see my design?
On the day, before anything is stencilled. Artists draw for the appointment and you can ask for changes then. We do not email designs ahead, so drawings are not copied elsewhere.
What is flash?
Flash are ready-drawn designs painted by our artists. Most are tattooed once only and then marked claimed, so nobody else has yours. Some classics are repeatable. Claim one online with a deposit, or come in on a flash day.
Will it hurt?
Some. The estimator shows a pain rating for each placement. Eat a proper meal, sleep well, skip alcohol for 24 hours and bring a snack. You can take a break whenever you like.
Health & safety
How do you keep things sterile?
Single-use needles and cartridges opened in front of you, barrier film on every surface, medical-grade disinfectant between clients and an autoclave with weekly spore tests for anything reusable. Ask to see the log any time.
Do I need to fill in a form?
Yes. After you book, we email a link to a short consent and health form. Fill it in before your appointment so we can check anything that matters, such as blood thinners, allergies or skin conditions.
Piercing
Do you use piercing guns?
Never. Every piercing is done with a single-use hollow needle and implant-grade titanium or solid gold jewellery.
What is a downsize?
New piercings start on a longer post to allow for swelling. After four to eight weeks we fit a shorter post so the piercing heals straight. The downsize visit is free; you only pay for the new post.
Aftercare
Are touch-ups free?
One touch-up within three months of your appointment is free if the healing was looked after. Book it from the touch-up option on the booking page.
How long does a tattoo take to heal?
The surface heals in two to three weeks; the skin underneath settles over about two months. Follow the aftercare guide, keep it out of the sun and do not pick.
Shop
How quickly do shop orders ship?
Orders packed by 3 pm ship the same day from Bengaluru. Free delivery over ₹1,500; otherwise ₹79. Jewellery can also be collected and fitted free at the studio.
Can I return jewellery?
Unopened aftercare and merch can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, body jewellery cannot be returned once its sterile pouch is opened.
