Every Weftly tee starts as a pencil sketch and goes through at least six samples before it earns a place in the range.

A new tee begins on paper. We sketch the proportions first: body width, sleeve opening and the height of the collar rib.
The first sample is always wrong. Usually the sleeve. We adjust the pattern, cut again and put the sample on five people of different builds.
Only when the fit is settled do we choose the fabric weight. A boxy shape needs a heavy jersey to hold its line, and a slim one needs something lighter.
The final sample is washed fifty times. If the side seams twist or the collar waves, we start over.
