Returns and refunds

Clothing, footwear and headphones can be returned unworn and unused within 14 days of delivery. Food, drink, skincare and plants cannot be returned once delivered unless they arrive damaged.

Start a return from your order's tracking page or your account. We arrange the pick-up and refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days of the return reaching the shop. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
