Long wear is mostly preparation.
Start with bare, smooth lips
Exfoliate gently, apply balm, then blot it off before colour.
Line and fill
A liner under your lipstick gives the colour something to hold on to.
Blot and repeat
One coat, blot with tissue, second coat. That is the whole trick.
