Why we started
Graven Ink began in 2012 with one chair, one machine and a rule: no copied designs. Men came for work that fitted them, drawn by hand and placed with care, and they sent their friends. Fourteen years later we are two studios and three artists, and that rule is still on the wall.
Needles and cartridges are single use and opened in front of you. Surfaces are disinfected between every client. Inks are vegan and poured from sealed bottles. You see the drawing before the session and the stencil in the mirror before the first line.
