Booking terms

Prices are set in US dollars and shown in the currency you choose. The amount you pay is the one our server works out at checkout, at that day's rate.

A booking is confirmed when the payment clears, or, for pay on collection, when staff confirm it by email.

You can cancel from your confirmation page up to 48 hours before the slot. Bookings at the Vault are reviewed before they are confirmed.

Places are returned exactly as found.
