On orders above Rs 9,999 you can split the price over 3, 6, 9 or 12 months with an eligible card. The interest is taken off the price up front, so you pay the listed price in total. The EMI table on each product page shows the monthly amount.

Yes. Every phone works with any Indian network and supports dual SIM. 5G models need a 5G plan and coverage.
Every device carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing faults. Accessories carry 6 months. Keep your invoice; you can download it from your account.
Trade-in
The estimate comes from the kind of phone and its condition. Our technician checks it at pick-up; if the condition matches, the value is confirmed and taken off your new phone or paid to your bank within 3 working days.
Protect+
Accidental damage (drops, cracks) and liquid damage, with free pick-up and drop. One claim every 6 months. It does not cover loss or theft. Add it on the product page or within 30 days of delivery.
Delivery
Enter your pincode on any product page for an estimate. Metro pincodes get express next-day delivery; most others take 2 to 5 working days. Delivery is free over Rs 2,999.
Returns
Unopened devices can be returned within 7 days. Opened devices with a fault are replaced within 10 days of delivery after a quick check.
Repair
Screens, batteries and ports are usually done in about 2 hours in store. Book a slot on the repair page; we confirm the price before any work starts.
Drops
A drop is a limited launch: a new colour, edition or restock with a launch-week price. The countdown in the header shows when the next one opens.
