Booking
How does the deposit work?+
Pay 30% of the party price to lock your date. The balance is due 48 hours before the party, and your planner sends a payment link. You can also pay in full at checkout.
What if we need to cancel or move the date?+
Move the date once for free up to 7 days out. Cancel 7 or more days before and we refund the deposit in full; inside 7 days the deposit covers what we have already prepared.
How far ahead do I need to book?+
At least three days for packages. Weekend dates go fast, so two to three weeks ahead is safest. Shop orders can arrive the same day.
What happens on the planner call?+
A 20-minute video or phone call with one of our planners. Bring your ideas, guest count and wild requests; you leave with a plan and a quote.
Venues
Do you come to our home?+
Yes. Choose 'At home' as the venue type at checkout and add your address. We arrive two hours early to set up and leave it cleaner than we found it.
Food
Are the cakes eggless?+
Every cake can be made eggless at no extra cost. Mention it in the notes or on your planner call.
Add-ons
Why is an add-on sold out for my date?+
Our magicians, photo booths and DJs can only be in so many places at once. Each add-on has a daily limit, and checkout tells you if your date is full.
Shop
How does shop delivery work?+
Decor kits, hampers and cakes are delivered by our own riders. Delivery is free over ₹2,499, otherwise ₹149.
