Our 7-day window

Unworn, unwashed pieces with their tags attached may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery.

What we cannot take back

Socks, for hygiene reasons, and sale pieces marked final. Pieces that have been worn, washed or altered cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Faulty items

If a seam, zip or print fails within 90 days of normal wear, write to us with your order number and a photo. We will replace the piece or refund you.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 working days of the return reaching us.
