A family table, a long way from home

Lotus & Lime started with a grandmother's notebook of Saigon recipes and a kitchen that was always too small for everyone who turned up to eat.

We still cook from that notebook: broth that simmers overnight, rolls wrapped to order, and herbs picked through by hand each morning.

The menu has grown, the tables have multiplied, and the rule has stayed the same. Cook every plate as if it were going to our own family.
