We pack every order in the cellar at Hollow Lane Farm and hand it to a courier the next working day.
Where we deliver
- Across India, wherever the law allows alcohol to be delivered to your PIN code.
- Some states and union territories do not allow alcohol deliveries. If yours is one, checkout will tell you before you pay.
How long it takes
- Metro cities: 2 to 4 working days.
- Everywhere else: 4 to 7 working days.
- You get an email with the courier and the AWB number the moment it ships, and every step after that is on your tracking page.
On the doorstep
- Someone over 18 must take the delivery. The courier may ask for photo ID and will not leave cider with anyone under 18.
- Cash on delivery: pay in cash or by UPI to the courier.
Returns
A can arrived damaged, the wrong pack came, or something is missing? Tell us within 7 days of delivery from your tracking page ("Request a return") or the contact page, with a photo if you can. We send a pickup or a replacement. Sealed, undamaged cans cannot be returned for a change of mind.
