Returns and exchanges

Unworn pieces with their tags can be returned or exchanged for another size within 15 days of delivery.

Start a return from your order's tracking page or from your account. We arrange the pickup, check the piece in the studio and refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.

Socks, underwear and pieces marked final sale cannot be returned.
