Sunrise ridge trek
A head-torch start and a ridge-top breakfast as the peaks turn pink.

We leave at 4:45 with a flask of chai and walk two hours up the old shepherds' trail. Breakfast of parathas and apple jam is served on the ridge while the sun comes up over the snow line. Moderate fitness; walking shoes needed.
