Most people notice better energy within two to three weeks. Vitamin D and iron levels take six to eight weeks to build, so give a new routine at least two months.
Yes. Our stacks are designed to be taken together. Take iron away from tea, coffee and calcium, and magnesium in the evening. If you take prescription medicine, check with your doctor first.
Our prenatal multivitamin is made for pregnancy, but please check every supplement with your doctor first. Avoid ashwagandha during pregnancy.
Subscriptions
Choose a 30, 60 or 90 day refill and you save 10% on every order. We email you three days before each refill. Skip a refill or cancel any time from your account, with no fees.
Ingredients
Everything except the triple-strength fish oil and marine collagen is vegetarian, and both are clearly marked. Our gummies use pectin, not gelatin.
Every batch is tested by an independent NABL-accredited lab for potency, heavy metals and microbes before it leaves our Bengaluru facility.
Orders
Bengaluru orders arrive in one to two days and the rest of India in three to six working days. Delivery is free over ₹999 and ₹79 below that.
