30 days
Send back any unworn pair in its box within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Open your order page and choose Return a pair; we book the pickup.
Swap a size
Wrong size? Choose Swap a size on your order page. We send the new pair as soon as yours is on its way back, at no cost.
Refunds
Online payments go back to the original method within 5 to 7 working days of the pair reaching us. Cash on delivery orders are refunded to a UPI ID or bank account you give us.
Worn pairs
Pairs that have been worn outside, or come back without their box, cannot be refunded. If something is wrong with a pair, write to us and we will make it right.
