FAQs

Questions patients often ask

If your question is not here, call or message the front desk and we will be glad to help.

Appointments

What happens at my first visit?

We take a short medical history, examine your teeth and gums, and take digital X-rays only if they are needed. You will see photos of what we find and leave with a written plan and clear prices. A first visit takes about 30 minutes.

How do I book or change an appointment?

Choose a treatment, a dentist, a date and a time on the appointment page. If you sign in with your email you can see the booking in your account, cancel it, or ask us to move it. You can also call the clinic during opening hours.

Do you see dental emergencies the same day?

Yes. We hold emergency slots every day for severe pain, swelling, a knocked-out tooth or a broken filling. Call the clinic and we will see you as soon as a dentist is free. Members get priority for these slots.

Treatments

Will treatment hurt?

Modern local anaesthetic is very effective, and we use numbing gel before every injection. If you are anxious, tell us when you book. We can schedule a longer slot, explain each step and agree a stop signal before we start.

Is teeth whitening safe for enamel?

Professional whitening used as directed does not damage enamel. Some people feel short-lived sensitivity, which we manage with a desensitising gel. Whitening does not change the colour of crowns, veneers or fillings.

Membership

How does a membership plan work?

A membership spreads the cost of preventive care. Each plan includes a set number of check-ups and cleanings a year and a discount on any treatment you need. You can pay monthly or yearly, and pause or cancel from your account.

Is a membership the same as dental insurance?

No. It is a care plan with our clinic, not an insurance policy. There are no claims, waiting periods or exclusions for existing conditions. The benefits apply only to treatment at Denvia.

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and cash at the clinic. Longer treatments such as implants and aligners can be paid in stages; ask the front desk for the payment plan.

Store

How long does store delivery take?

Store orders are dispatched within two working days and usually arrive in three to six working days, depending on your pincode. Delivery is free above the threshold shown at checkout.

Can I return a store product?

Unopened products can be returned within seven days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened oral-care items unless they arrived damaged or faulty.

Still have a question?

Send us a message or call the clinic. We reply within one working day.
