A running brand for people who keep moving.
Kinetra started as a single shop with a treadmill in the back room and one rule: never sell a shoe we have not tested and fitted ourselves. Today we are a small team of runners, coaches and designers in Mumbai, making shoes and kit in small runs and fitting every customer to their own stride.

Foams, plates and uppers go through hundreds of kilometres on the treadmill before they reach you.
Small runs
We build each piece in small numbers and rework the ones runners ask for, instead of chasing a season.
Fitted in-store
Our Gait Lab analyses your stride and matches the shoe. The first fitting is always free.
How a piece is made

Step 1Test
Every season starts on the treadmill and the trail, with prototypes worn by our own run club.
Step 2Design
Patterns are drawn to our own lasts, with room for the toes and a locked heel.
Step 3Fit
In the store, every shoe is tried, tested and checked against your gait until it feels right.
Step 4Go
Out the door and onto the road. Come back for a re-fit when your miles change.
