For hygiene reasons, we accept returns only for products that are unopened, unused and in their original packaging. Return requests must reach us within 7 days of delivery.
If an item arrives damaged, leaking or wrong, write to us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We will replace it or refund you, and you do not need to send it back.
Opened makeup, skincare and haircare products cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Bank processing times may add a day or two.
