Terms of reservation

A reservation holds one residence in your name. It is made by paying a token deposit, by card, through Razorpay, or at the sales studio within 48 hours.

The token deposit is refundable in full, for any reason, until the reservation agreement is signed. After signing it stays refundable until contracts are exchanged, less any costs set out in that agreement.

Private viewings are free unless a fee is shown when you book. You can move or cancel a viewing from your booking page at any time.

Prices are set in US dollars. When you choose another currency we convert at the rate shown at checkout, and the amount charged is the amount on your receipt.
