In our first year, customers sent back thousands of empties. Here's what happened to every one.
When we launched the refill programme we hoped for a few hundred returns. Instead, our community sent back more than eight thousand empty bottles and jars.
Where they go
Glass is sterilised and refilled in our Bengaluru studio. Aluminium is recycled locally. Pumps that can't be reused are sent to a certified recycler.
What you get
Every empty earns ₹50 store credit, and refill pouches cost up to 20% less than a new bottle.
