A thumb of space at the toe, a locked heel and nothing rubbing. The five-minute check our fit specialists use in store.

Try shoes on in the afternoon, when your feet are at their largest, and wear the socks you run in.
Stand up and check for a thumb's width between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. Your toes should be able to spread.
Lace up and walk. The heel should stay put without the laces being cranked tight.
Nothing should rub or press, even slightly. A hot spot in the shop is a blister at kilometre ten.
If you are unsure, book a free fit session and we will film your stride and do the checking for you.
